FERM willl make every effort to deliver your item within the notified time frame, however in the event that the address details that have been given are in some way incorrect or no one is available to receive your goods and thus FERM is unable to fulfil your delivery, any incurred or re-delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Where is my order 

If your order has been despatched you should have received a dispatch confirmation email, which would have given you the tracking number and the service that was used to send your order. You can track your order by clicking on the links below to the courier that was used to send your order.

If you have not received an email to say that your order have been dispatched, or a call from our customer service team with a problem with you order. You can call our customer service team on 01568 620444 and they will be able to help you with tracking down your order.
